Tony Reeder is our team’s Chicago-based Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Medical, Aesthetics, Dental practices. He works with many specialties, including but not limited to: Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Med Spa Owners, Pain Management doctors, Ortho’s and Neurosurgeons, OBGYN, DDS & DMD, Chiropractic doctors, representing them to find the right partner MSOs, DSOs, private equity firms and investors for practice acquisitions, mergers, buy-ins and dispositions.
Like our founder Nate, Tony also began his career in the dental industry in Texas with the same market leading dental company. After winning Rookie of the Year in 2014, Tony moved within the company to Chicago in 2015 to continue his career working with DDS & DMD to help increase dental practice revenues through new technology implementation, practice analysis and consulting.
After 5 years of helping grow and support dental practices in Texas and Illinois, Tony took an opportunity with one of the largest medical technology providers to help drive growth in hospitals, implementing new technologies in ER, Critical Care, Surgery, Labor and Delivery, Cath Lab, Radiology and other departments. Tony was trusted with the privilege of participating in helping guide the use of technology in open-heart surgery cases and was awarded President’s club during his time at the company.
Tony exited working in the hospitals prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and moved his career to helping private Medical practices under an umbrella of different specialities. Working the next 6 years, Tony became an industry leader driving revenue and growing practices through technology implementation, consulting and practice advising. Tony’s work ranged through a multitude of medical specialties; including Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Med Spa, Anti-aging and Longevity Medicine, Pain and Functional Medicine, Chiropractic, OBGYN and DDS/DMD clinics. Over his 6-year tenure, Tony worked for two of the largest companies, market leaders, and was awarded #1 rep in 2020- and 4-years winning President’s Club awards.
Tony joins Triumphant as an 11-year veteran in Medical and Dental practice management, advising and consulting. His experience will be instrumental helping practice owners connect with MSOs, DSOs, private equity firms, doctors and investor groups to find the right strategic partnerships, evaluate offers, and represent our client’s best interests for the greater good.
Tony lives an active lifestyle and has a passion for weightlifting, training and anti-aging. He grew up in Carmel, Indiana, where his father still lives, and he is the oldest of the 7 Reeder siblings. He has family ties in Ohio and loves Ohio State football, always watching in memory of his grandparents. Tony loves sports, traveling, fishing and spending time on the water. He has two dogs, Odin and Kobe.
